Visiting Pietrele Doamnei at Mount Rarău was a truly rewarding experience. The hike through dense forests was both invigorating and peaceful, leading to stunning rock formations with panoramic views of the Carpathians. The atmosphere was serene, and the place has a unique charm with its mix of natural beauty and local legend. A must-visit for any nature lover!

The Transfagarasan Road offers breathtaking views and an incredibly fun driving experience. I was surprised by the number of bears you can encounter along the route. Driving north from Pitesti, the journey can take around 4 hours with just a few stops for photos.

Despite being a tourist hotspot, this place exceeded all our expectations! The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and worth every second spent here. Here's a pro tip for anyone planning to rent a boat: arrive before 9 AM unless you want to spend precious time waiting in long queues. Interestingly, while we visited early when the lake was still in shadow, we noticed how the waters transformed into a mesmerizing blue as the sun climbed higher. For my next visit (because there will definitely be a next time!), I plan to come in the afternoon to witness these incredible colors in full display, even if it means dealing with larger crowds. The divine landscape more than makes up for any tourist hustle!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breathtaking Bicaz Gorge is one of Romania's natural treasures! The massive limestone cliffs towering above you create an almost surreal experience as you drive through. The winding road feels like a journey through a natural cathedral, with walls reaching up to 300m high. What makes it special is the combination of dramatic cliffs, the rushing Bicaz River below, and the overall wild atmosphere. While it can get crowded in peak season, it's still absolutely worth visiting. Don't miss trying some local cheese from the small vendors along the road! Overall: 5/5 - a must-see natural wonder in Romania.

Loved visiting Brasov in summer! Beautiful old city in the mountains of Romania. The historic center has amazing views, with the Black Church and colorful buildings in the main square. Taking the cable car up Tampa Mountain was a highlight - great views of the city! Weather was perfect, not too hot like other European cities in summer. Nice restaurants, friendly people, and easy to explore on foot. Will definitely come back!

Meteora was a unique experience! The ancient monasteries perched on massive rock pillars are jaw-dropping. Expected more from the food and beaches nearby - decent but not amazing. The drive up is winding and can be intense. Views are spectacular, worth visiting in summer but prepare for crowds and heat. Good spot for a day trip or short stay, not a full vacation. Best time to visit is early morning before tour buses arrive.

The snow-covered Rarău Mountains in Romania are a beautiful winter destination. At 1,651 meters high, they feature the famous Pietrele Doamnei (Lady's Rocks), an impressive rock formation. Visitors can easily reach the top by cable car from Câmpulung Moldovenesc. The mountains offer great views, winter sports options, and cozy mountain cabins serving local food. Best time to visit is during winter months (December-March) when the snow makes everything look magical.

This autumn, I visited Paris and loved every moment. The architecture was stunning, with every street feeling like a postcard. The vibe was amazing, especially with the autumn leaves. And the food—so good! From fresh croissants to delicious meals, everything was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.
